The Patient Urgent Needs fund provides assistance to patients for essential needs not covered by any other form of assistance, but have a positive impact on the patients' well-being, outcome, and quality of life. Examples include: medical supplies or home medical equipment, co-pay assistance for medications/doctor visits, reasonable transportation to treatments or medical appointments, etc.
