It is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization classified as a type I supporting organization. ARMC Foundation was established to raise, receive, and administer charitable gifts in support of Ashtabula Regional Medical Center. ARMC Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees comprised of community and business leaders and residents who are dedicated to ensuring the availability of high-quality healthcare in Ashtabula County.
